    We already have it purchased, but it is sitting in the back of the school kitchen collecting dust. It was taken away though because a few years ago it was misused. I was wondering if someone could look up some sources for me on how many schools have salad bars, how helpful they are, how they promote wellness. Thanks a bunch :)
